How To Start...

  • Consultation

    In this phase, our representative will contact you to verify the specific type of custom piece you wish to create. We'll discuss and confirm the materials and stones you'd like incorporated into your piece. Additionally, any ideas or images you share can be digitally rendered using computer-aided design.

  • Computer Aided Design

    The initial fee for computer-aided design is £150. This allows you to virtually view and refine your piece to your satisfaction, making as many adjustments as needed. This is drawn up by our in-house designers with years of customisation experience. Upon final confirmation of your design, we will provide a cost estimate, and full payment will be collected when you're ready to start the production process.

  • Production and Shipping

    Once you've finalized your computer-aided design, simply sit-back, relax and leave the rest to us. The production process takes approximately 4 weeks, followed by an additional week for shipping to you. This sums up to a total processing time of 5 weeks.
