SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Please anticipate a delivery timeframe of 5 business days for standard cubic zirconia orders. For clothing and standard moissanite orders, kindly allow 20 business days. In the case of custom orders, our fulfilment time is 8 weeks.
It's important to note that in exceptional circumstances, there may be extensions to these timelines. Standard cubic zirconia orders might take up to 10 days, clothing and standard moissanite orders up to 25 business days, and custom orders up to 9 weeks. However, please rest assured that if any unforeseen delays should occur, we retain the discretion to offer you a complimentary item as a gesture of goodwill.
The additional time dedicated to crafting custom items is primarily allocated to thorough integrity checks, ensuring only the highest quality arrives at your doorsteps.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We do not entertain returns for moissanite or custom items unless exceptional circumstances arise where the item is found to be defective. Our stringent quality control measures ensure each custom piece meets high standards. Returns are permissible for cubic zirconia items. It's worth noting that every individual piece undergoes thorough inspection and integrity verification before being dispatched. To initiate a return please use the live chat box and a representative will be in touch as soon as possible. It typically takes 20 days for your return to be fully processed.
